Eltomation of Barneveld, The Netherlands, supplies turnkey plants and services for the production of various types of Cement Bonded Boards. Our management and engineering staff have been involved in the development and worldwide supply of over 160 complete plants and projects for the production of Cement Bonded Boards, such as Wood Wool Cement Board, Wood Strand Cement Board/EltoBoard and Cement Bonded Particle Board. Several patents were obtained in various countries.  Our company has played a leading role in the development of new technologies in this field for over 50 years. The original company was founded in 1956 by Mr. G.J. (Gerry) van Elten. We have remained a family-owned company since then.  Eltomation supplies turnkey plants and equipment for the production of the following Cement Bonded Boards and Products:
Wood Wool Cement Board (WWCB), incl.:

• Composite WWCB (sandwich boards with a core sheet of EPS/Polystyrene, PU foam, Rockwool or other insulating material)
• Reinforced Roofing WWCB
• Rendered WWCB (with a special surface finish)
• Fine-fibre acoustic and decorative WWCB

Large Wood Wool Cement Wall Elements, incl.:

• Full-size prefab Wall Elements of up to 6 m x 3 m x 40 cm thickness with high thermal insulation and thermal storage capacity

EltoBoard and EltoPlank (Wood Strand Cement Board), incl.:

• Textured EltoBoard and EltoPlank, such as with an imitation wood grain

Cement Bonded Particle Board (CBPB), incl.:

• Embossed and Laminated CBPB

Wood Cement Boards and Products have an excellent resistance to fire, moisture, rot, vermin, fungi and termites and are easy workable. In addition to supplying turnkey new plants, Eltomation upgrades existing plants by integrating new technologies and the latest PLC-based Electronic Controls System to increase capacity, product quality and performance. Some of Eltomation’s recent innovative developments are:

• The Large WWC Wall Element production line (patented), for the production of insulating prefab Wall Elements of up 6 m length x 2,6 – 3 m height and 35-50 cm thickness.
• The EltoBoard and EltoPlank which offer high strength at medium density (patented).
• The WWCB/EltoBoard production line on which all types of WWCB and EltoBoard can be produced.
• The patented ELTOMATIC CVS-16 fully automatic Wood Wool / Wood Strand machine for the production of high quality (and chips-free) Wood Wool and Wood Strands.
